This isn’t just a building — it’s a showcase of scale, planning, and execution. The main structure stands at an impressive 80′ wide by 100′ long, with 24′ high ceilings that bring unmatched vertical flexibility to the space. Connected to the core arena is a massive 34′ x 134′ two-story lean-to, complete with a fully finished second-floor loft. Add in a 12′ x 134′ single-story extension, and you’ve got a footprint built to do it all.
From the outside, the building makes a powerful impression with its commanding roofline, deep eave overhangs, and clean, symmetrical layout. It features two 4′ roof cupolas, custom Dutch doors, and over 30 windows, bringing in natural light and ventilation across every functional area.
Inside, the layout includes horse stalls, wash bays, tack rooms, feed rooms, utility areas, and more — each one designed with a specific purpose and finished with care. From custom pine tongue-and-groove walls to fully insulated walls and ceilings, every inch of this facility was built with intention.
