Here’s a cute little 30′ x 36′ x 12′ pole building making protected space for 3 vehicles.  The larger garage door is 16′ wide while the other is 10′ wide.  Both are 10′ high.  The roof is our standard 4/12 pitch.  There’s a 12″ overhang on all 4 sides along with Radiant Barrier Insulation under the roof metal to eliminate any chance of condensation.
