This standard sized 30′ x 40′ x 10′ post & frame building was transformed into a stunning and spectacular showpiece! The 8/12 pitch Attic truss totally changes the outward appearance and it’s complemented that much more by the subtle color palette that was chosen. Here’s the specs: 12″ Overhangs skirt all 4 sides of the roof. A 16′ x 8′ high double wide garage door was placed on the eave wall flanked by a 9-lite entry door. Four 36″ x 44″ single hung windows spread about let light in where it needs to be. 2 in the attic for sure! A 42″ Pine Box Stairway tucked neatly into the corner allows that access to the upstairs. The concrete floor is going in as these pics were taken.
