The hits just keep on coming! Here’s another spectacular Work Shop, Hobby Shop, Commercial Garage building built for many different uses and functions. This one is built for the long haul utilizing the Smart Post System. (Ask your sales rep for an optional price to use Smart Posts.) We love building multi-use buildings such as this one. The porch on the end is 16′ wide and 40′ deep. We installed a Brite White, clean looking metal ceiling above which will allow countless weekends of family gatherings and chair rocking 😉
Inside the building we did the same thing, a Brite White Metal Ceiling. All of our metal ceilings when installed on the interiors come with 2′ x 4′ Access Doors. A very nice feature for sure. With the size and scope of the front elevation of this building, the customer wanted an overhang to match. So we cantilevered the overhang out 4′ and enclosed it all with brite white soffit. Superb! Matching 5k seamless gutters and downspouts complete the detail. Speaking of detail…. we can do as little or as much as you like. Take notice that the posts in the porch area are wrapped in White Aluminum. This gives the customer a completely maintenance free exterior and the super clean look they were wanting.
