The 18′ width and 28′ length is a modest 500 sq/ft, but then the partially enclosed lean to adds another 100 sq/ft of enclosed space as well. The remaining open portion of the lean makes for a cozy little porch, ceiling already included 😉
The roof pitch is an 8/12 – no attic storage – just looks really cool and the cost was minimal since the building isn’t very big. We installed a Radiant Insulation Barrier underneath of the roof metal to eliminate any chance of condensation to the underside of the metal. Pine Board and Batten will need to be stained or painted and maintained over the years to come, but it is very cool looking. Give us a call today to talk about what you may be after.
