This 32′ x 40′ post-frame garage is a great example of how a few small upgrades can elevate a straightforward building. The customer chose a steeper 6/12 roof pitch, giving the building a more refined appearance than the standard 4/12 roof.

This building also features upgraded 4-ply Glulam posts, adding extra strength beyond what we would typically use on a building this size. Two 10′ x 10′ overhead doors positioned on opposite gable ends provide convenient drive-through access for vehicles, equipment, and other large items.
