Here’s a sweet and simple 1 car garage built recently in the great state of Delaware. This one measures 14′ wide across the gable end and displays a nice 10′ wide by 8′ high garage door. The corners of the overhead door are mitered off at a 45 degree angle to give it a little bit more of a residential appearance. These are what we call ‘Dutch Corners’. The building is 28′ long which is more than adequate for the vehicle it will be housing.
We can do as much or as little of the job as you would like. For this one, we poured a 4″ Concrete Floor inside and hung traditional 5 Inch Seamless gutters with Downspouts. The 12″ Overhangs all around the building give it a very finished look. And the 6/12 roof pitch allows a little space up in the truss for some off seasonal items such as lawn chairs and a patio umbrella.
