Classic size, classic colors, classic look describe this Northeast PA building. Probably the most common sized post frame building is 30′ wide by 40′ long. The dimensions are appealing to the eye, it is generous in size and flexible for all sorts of uses. The floor plan is included in the picture set to show what we mean. The main garage doors were placed on the Eave Side of the building or the 40′ side. This grants the owner approximately 30′ of depth with which to pull vehicles into. But to gain access to the rear eave wall space, they decided to put one more overhead door in which will permit them to store landscape items such as mowers, trimmers, etc along that back wall and enable them to get them in and out of the building without getting too close to the parked vehicles. Smart!! A good design will reap benefits for years to come!
This was another nicely prepared site for the construction of the building. Notice how all the rain water will drain properly from the building since the ground slopes away accordingly.
