Three 9′ wide by 8′ high carriage style overhead doors allow entrance to every square foot of this gem. But this one was built to withstand the apocalypse! 26 gauge metal from top to bottom! The interior is completely insulated and lined with an interior metal to provide a bright and clean environment within which to work. This building also has ‘scissor’ trusses on it which give even more interior height to work with. The sidewalls are insulated with R-19 batts and the ceiling has R-38 Blown insulation over top of the metal ceiling. Whatever the heat source is – it won’t have to work very hard.
Check out the little Eyebrow roof on the left side over the entry door. We pre-build these in our shop, attach in the field and trim them with metal for a total finished appearance. There’s 2 rows of Snow Guards on this roof to protect the Seamless Aluminum gutters from prematurely sliding ice in the winter time along with Gutter guards for the fall leaves.
