Lakewood, PA

This is another “Combination” type building. These have become extremely popular over the past couple of years and we’ve greatly enjoyed every opportunity that we’ve had to be a part them. Let’s start with the main storage building which is a comfy 60′ wide by 70′ long with 16′ ceilings. A trio of 14′ square overhead doors off the gable end literally open the whole end up to bring anything from the outside to the inside. There’s a smaller 9′ x 8′ utility overhead door for smaller items such as riding mowers and bicycles.
And then there’s the offsetting building which is a 50′ wide structure. It’s length is 40′, but with the 10′ porch roof extension, it’s essentially a 50′ square building. As if that’s not enough space, up in the roof you’ll find a room in attic truss. Plenty of space to expand to here with this one. Can’t wait to stop back in a few months to see what all they’ve done with the place.
