The 30′ x 40′ footprint is a great choice because we stock 24′, 30′ and 40′ wide roof trusses. 1200 sq/ft of space not only allows room for a couple of vehicles, but there’s plenty of floor space left over for storage as well. This building has a pair of 9′ wide by 8′ high raised panel garage doors for the vehicles. Around the corner is a smaller 8′ wide by 7′ high garage door for the mower and other yard accessories. There’s 3′ high wainscoting on all 4 sides of this building along with a concrete apron that surrounds the entire structure. Very cool. The concrete floor goes in after the building is constructed in post frame and we pour a large number of the concrete floors in our buildings
