Click on the above image to view it in its full size.This standard sized 30x40x12 was transformed into a real gem of a space by the addition of some really cool add on’s. The roof pitch was increased to a 12/12 pitch which allowed for a really generous sized room that includes a full 8′ of ceiling height. The lean to off the gable end measures out 10′ and really adds character to the main structure. This building has R-30 Blown insulation in the ceiling over top of our white metal liner panel. The Tyvek house wrap was installed before the painted steel siding and is what is needed for the customer to come in and spray the interior walls with foam insulation. Three 9’x 9′ Insulated Overhead doors line up across the front with an entry door to the left which leads back directly to a 4′ wide stairway with landing to the attic room above.
