Once in awhile we get to build a building that drops even our jaw. Such is the case with this beauty. We actually have the pleasure of building a few of these each year. This particular one is a little smaller than it’s big brother on our website and that’s one of the many advantages of dealing with Fetterville Pole Buildings on a project of this magnitude. Our sales staff and design department were able to accurately scale this job down to the appropriate size for this customer’s lot and what a magnificent result!! This is essentially two buildings put together to achieve one very charming outcome. The smaller portion is almost like an in-law quarters to the larger, but each space is completely separate! The 8′ cantilevered inset porch area is the perfect spot for afternoon iced tea after tending to the lawn.
We posted these shots before the overhead doors went in so you can see the interior of the building. We do a lot of finish interiors. This one has the standard R-19 fiberglass in the walls and R-30 cellulose in the ceiling. Both covered with white metal liner panel to make the interior as maintenance free as the exterior. We also provide and install 2’x4′ access panels into the ceiling areas. Snow guards will protect the seamless gutters from sticky snow storms for many years to come. You can’t see them, but this building has Smart Posts installed which provide even greater protection against any potential for rot or decay of the posts down the road. This one was definitely built for the long haul !
