A true Baltimore County Beauty here… talk about a building that has it all !! Wow. This is pretty much what we could call a turn key project. To the naked eye you can see the classic black & clay colors of the modern and contemporary color palette. The carriage style garage door was ordered with the newer ‘long panel’ design. Spade hinges, Lift handles and Grilles between the glass of the door lites round out a truly perfect choice for an overhead door. Walking around the building, Raised panel shutters frame the maintenance free insulated vinyl windows with grids between the glass. The entry doors are full lite with 15 grids between the glass providing lots of natural light and full view access into or out of the building. Check out the 8′ wide lean to porch off the rear eave wall ! A soffit ceiling provides a clean and neat appearance. The porch posts were wrapped with White Vinyl sleeves to complete the crisp and pure look. The overhangs go all the way around the building with traditional bird boxes at each of the four corners. (A detail that most pole building companies don’t offer or provide.) 5k Seamless gutters and downspouts channel the water off and away from the building. A 3′ Cupola with weathervane cap off this beauty!!
What you can’t see is the inside of which we installed R-19 fiberglass insulation in the sidewalls and R-30 blown insulation in the ceiling. We covered all that with a White interior grade metal to provide a bright and airy atmosphere. There’s a 4″ concrete floor in the building as well as out under the porch area. What a gorgeous building! Congratulations to the happy owners and kudos to them for picking such a beautiful design 😉
