Here’s a stunning 2 car garage with an attic room up above. We build a lot of Attic style buildings. We’ve always been extremely reasonable when pricing jobs that ask for attic rooms simply because we love to build them! We get as big a kick out of creating these masterpieces as you do so when you come to us with your wild ideas we strive to deliver them and cost efficiently at that. This garage is 26′ wide across the gable end and features a Pent Roof. That’s the little roof structure up above the garage doors. They typically measure 2′ in depth and just provide a real nice, aesthetic appeal to a building. We do ’em up right by flashing them into the sidewall on the roof side, closing in the underside with soffit to match what’s under your overhangs and trimming any exposure with J-Channel to provide crisp, clear lines of differentiation. Spectacular !!
The overhead doors are 9′ wide and 9′ high, manufactured by Clopay (a leading garage door manufacturer) and installed by our partner company who does nothing but install garage doors and openers. These doors are typically called ‘Carriage Style’. But as with most things nowadays, the possibilities in overhead doors are never ending.
