It’s 4000 sq/ft of space with an additional 1000 sq/ft of mezzanine space inside. If you want to add a little flair to your big, rectangular commercial space consider a little inset porch area. This 8′ x 8′ area is just enough to give the building a little character and some curb appeal.
The building’s exterior walls were wrapped with House Wrap before we installed the exterior siding. This is necessary when you plan on insulating the interior with spray foam. It’s keeps the sprayed insulation separate from the metal panels. That way, if you ever have to replace a panel, it can be done. The garage doors are 14′ x 14′.
