The 4′ wainscoting and covered entry way give the design curb appeal and character. The inside of the building is fully insulated with R-19 Batts in the sidewalls and R-30 Blown-In ceiling insulation. The walls and ceiling are both covered with White Liner Panel Steel for an easy-to-keep-clean finish. Since the interior metal lends itself to a commercial appeal, having electrical wires run through surface mounted conduit is totally acceptable and expected. Not to mention, a lot cheaper to install. #smart We poured a 4″ concrete floor, hung Gray gutters and downspouts and deemed it a total success 😉
