At a little over 6,000 square feet, there’s plenty of room for expansion. Two 12′ wide by 14′ high steel backed insulated overhead doors grant access to the space. Numerous windows light up the interior. The entry doors are protected by 5′ wide and 3′ deep eyebrow roofs. (These are a really cool feature to add to any building of any size.) We completely insulated this building as we do with a lot of our projects. There’s R-19 batt insulation in the sidewalls and R-30 Blown insulation in the ceiling and it’s all covered with 29 Gauge Painted White Liner Panel steel. Take note that this building has 4′ high wainscoting, but it’s the same color as the side metal. Why you ask? Studies have shown that most damage to buildings occurs below the 4′ mark. So heaven forbid you run into your building… but if you do, replacing a 4′ piece of metal is a heck of a lot easier than an 18′ foot long piece.
