This little run in shed has what we call a Carriage Style Roof.  Some call it a Dual slope roof since it has a steep pitch in the front and a more shallow pitch in the back.  The front overhang is cantilevered, typically 3′.  They don’t usually have soffits under the overhangs since the fronts are open.
