After talking with several builders we decided on Fetterville. We wanted to build a custom 3 car garage using stone and... cedar and they assured us they were up to the challenge. They have first rate teams - from sales to construction people. Josh Roberts, who was my salesperson, was especially wonderful to work with. Attention to detail was top notch. My wife and I had a 48x40 pole barn built on our property in Adams County PA by Fetterville Sales out of East Early,... PA. We were contacted by Brandon Nolt who came to our property and discussed our design. He input our information into his program and the exact structure we were thinking about was produced. The materials were delivered on or about a Tuesday and the crew showed up to start the project a few days later. By the end of the first day, the trusses were up and the pole barn was framed.There were some setbacks on getting the work completed, it appears the crew were working multiple projects and had to go back to a previous project to finish it. They eventually got this one completed. There were some corners that were not tall enough and those were fixed. I was told by one of the project inspectors that Fetterville took their work serious and if there was something wrong, they would fix it.The last major item was the cleanup. I had thought a dumpster would have been used, rather a pile was built behind the structure. After the project was completed, the gentleman that delivered the materials, came back in his truck and cleaned up all of the trash. I could not even tell there was a pile there, he got EVERYTHING. They also handled arranging the concrete, garage doors, and inspections.Our experience, with Fetterville Sales was great and if we ever need another structure built, we will use them again…. I HIGHLY recommend them for other contracts.read more

I contracted to have my 18 ft. by 20 ft. pole building built back in November 2019. Scheduled material delivery was... February 27, 2020. Everything arrived on time. Construction start date was March 2, 2020. Crew of 3 arrived at around 6:30 a.m. and the building was completed by 7:30 p.m. A completely professional job. I could not recommend a better company to build a pole building. Price, quality of materials, quality of work. We had to have stone delivered and placed before the concrete was to be poured. That was done by a 3rd party who did an equally fantastic job. Concrete crew (from Fetterville) arrived March 17 and they did a great job as well. Overall, I am well pleased with Fetterville Sales, and would recommend them and their representative, Ivan Smucker, to anyone considering a new building.read more

We recently had a pole building built and Fetterville had dedicated customer service during the entire build process. ... This is a process that takes months and coordination across multiple entities. Fetterville was not shy about calling other contractors and local government agencies to ensure that everything was accounted for. There was no downtime between the different parts of the job. The entire build was done in 2 weeks for my particular area and size building. Keep these guys in mind if you are ever contemplating a pole building.read more

What a wonderful experience. The team built my 30x40 stall barn in 2 days. I received a call and was told when the... material for the barn was to be delivered, down to a 4 hour window. Then I received a phone call when the crew would be onsite to build the barn. They not only showed up on time, but completed it in 2 days. Thank you Fetterville!
